Maybe it&#039;s a personality thing, maybe we (some of us, anyway) become facilitators, because we like to be in control of processes and it&#039;s so easy - for the sake of order and efficiency - to start bossing people around, without even realizing you are doing it. So thanks for the reminder Nancy, that will help me to keep an eye on that in my own practice. By the way (because you apologize for mixing in personal stuff): I learn most from those of your posts that are personal. But that may be because I am not a tech geek... :)</description>
