I work in a communities of practice project in a public organization in Spain and i write a blog about Communities and networks stufff on http://www.dreig.eu/caparazon/category/comunidades/ I don´t know if you are aggregating spanish written sources but i´d be proud if you consider my inclusion. Anyway, i´ll write a revision about this site on my blog and it is possible that i´ll launch a similar project in spanish in a future.
