There&#039;s a lot of buzz around personal branding, particularly when it comes to Web 2.0. I&#039;m less interested in the slick-marketing aspect of it and more interested in making it easier for people to connect the dots and help each other out. Tools like blogs make it much easier! =)

Also--it&#039;s often said that common sense isn&#039;t common, and the external perspectives brought by consultants can really help people see things in a new light. Keep stating the obvious!</description>
