		<description>I grew up in central Montana - the cold part of the state.  One year we had a period of three weeks where the highs never went above zero.  The community came together and even the local Air Force base was spending a lot of time doing farm relief and emergency rescues (the National Guard was overtaxed).  People still have fond memories.</description>

But on Monday there was the first of the monsoon rains and unusually sever flooding all over Dehli, judging from the newspaper reports it has provoked the same kind of community reaction (and community building effect)! So your post really resonated with my observations here...</description>
