I have a contribution! We’re a team of 10 and we are using Wrike [http://www.wrike.com] for our collaboration. The tool is now our e-mial replacement - as we can create tasks, group them in foulders, organize, assign and reassign. It’s very simple. The tool is really flexible - I think this is what I like best about it.
