Another great resource, Craigslist. Oh, the wealth of information that is Craigslist! We're all aware of this mighty forum (heck, my 72 year old immigrant Filipina mom scans Craigslist.); but, in the past 72 hours, CL New Orleans has been hopping with missing persons filings and findings (what relief!), offers from strangers to strangers for shelter, exuberant shout outs from all around the world.
