Testing Audioblogger (can you hear me now?)

So what da heck, I'm giving AudioBlogger a test drive.

this is an audio post - click to play

What I notice so far (beside the funny voice on the phone number I call) is that I can't put a title on the post via phone, so I have to come in and edit. But this could be fun on the road!

Hi Nancy, It was so great to see a bigger pic of you AND great to here your voice. I started a 360 blog, primarily for therapy and secondarily to see if it work with iCohere in some way.
I have two therapist and I'm not likin' what they are sayin' though it may be true.
POetry slam is doing O.K. Out of two sessions we've had about 60 kids. It's lopsided with 22 and 30 kids respectively coming form Maple Heights. Technology has yet to work so interaction bewteen the two sites has been by phone and then not at all. Kids are signed up at the virtual community site but only two are posting and engaging. More later at iCohere.

I've played with audio blogging a bit here and there for the past year or so, and rarely find any reason to use it.

However, a couple weeks ago, I was at the big march in Washington DC and I audioblogged Joan Baez singing 'Where have all the flowers gone?' on my Live Journal http://aldon.livejournal.com

I'll probably keep audioblogging in rare special occaisons like this.

I vote for you doing more with it (I just love voluntering others to do more work *grin)...is there a way of trimming the mic handling noise off the tail end?

Well, you know it is SOMETHING when you get three comments. Hi Cavana! Glad to hear news of the young poets. Hey, Aldon and Paul - I'm using more audio in my online teaching. I'm not sure why I'm reluctant to use it in my blog?

As to the mic handling noise - that is actually a telephone artifact!
