The More Space Project - Take a peek!

I peeked into the The More Space Project site because one of the authors of this new collection of essays, Jory Des Jardins, is a fellow Blogher and all around cool person. Plus I knew most of the other authors by name or reputation, so it was worth a drive by.

I'd say, stay for dinner. I read one of the essays online and now want the book. (Notice, those interested in developing sustainable personal economies, that yes, you can buy the book on Amazon and the authors get 45%, but if you buy directly from them, they get 97%. YES!) Human voices, thoughtful ideas and delightfully, no one taking themselves TOO seriously. Thank goodness!

Nancy, thanks for the plug! This project really was a labor of love for all involved. And I love the sensitivity to Amazonitis. Frankly we'll take the sales from wherever they land!

Hi Nancy,
Glad you're checking the book out. As Jory says, it was a labor of love. Writing long-form is much tougher than it looks - nope, you do not string together ten 1000-word post I regrettably found out. But there are some topics that really need more time to soak. The $$ really go to pay back Todd Satterson the mastermind and patron and workhorse for the project.

We all did it for most part because we wanted to get a message out, and also to demonstrate the diversity of voices in the business blogosphere - and perhaps along the way have someone that does not read blogs today kindle an interest in the blogosphere community.
