Consistent with this goal, I've been thinking about the importance of managing all the varied forms of recorded communication we use, identifying attributes of all communication methods and/or tool and their best uses, then how to keep them together. I want to learn: How do you aggregate the swelling number of web-saved communications as a coherent, rich expression?
