Aid Workers Network - Blog Aggregator

news aggregator | Aid Workers Network
offers a great eyefull of what it is like as an aidworker in international development. This is a new features of the AidWorkers Network site, relaunched earlier this year. I really have intended to do a review, but you know the excuses...

But that should not stop me from a quick pointer to a good resource.

How do Nancy -- Thank you for the mention! AidBlogs is growing slowly - around 50 blogs by field workers are on there now, and it does make a cracking daily read. Daily, more and more aid workers are writing in to tell us about their blogs.

Here at Aid Workers Network we're picking our brains to find small, non-intrusive things we can do to both improve the AidBlogs service, and help stimulate awareness that there could develop here a very supportive community.

We also want to demonstrate how professionally useful and informative blogging can be, particularly since it may come as quite a suprise to some aid managers that their staff are blogging about their work. We don't want any Waterstones style overreactions.
