More of Acadia National Park

We bussed back to our motel and picked up the boys (who had slept in and missed the popovers!) and set out to go to Thunderhole on the coast, up to the top of Mt. Desert, then mosey over to the quiet side of the island for a lobster dinner at Thurston's Lobster Pound.

The tide was slack and the wind was down, so Thunder Hole was rather quiet, but we enjoyed climbing amongst the rocks.
